We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags must be attached
- Final sale items and accessories are not eligible for exchange
We do not offer refunds or store credit — only exchanges for items of equal value.
To initiate an exchange, email us at support@delulifting.com with your order number and reason for the exchange.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll contact you to process the exchange.
